Automatic reset is not available
Sending a reset link needs an email service, and this build has none. Nothing you submit here would reach an inbox, so the form is not offered.
Getting back in
The seeded accounts have known passwords. They are in the source and they protect nothing — the data behind them is synthetic.

Signing in as different people is how the permission model is demonstrated, so any colleague’s address works with that second password.

A workspace administrator can see every member and their email on the Team screen. They cannot reset a password — nobody can, for the reason above — but they can tell you which address to use.
